How Our Fee Model Works
Simple, transparent, and aligned with your outcome. Two components — only one is payable if the finance settles.
Upfront Engagement Fee
A small fee payable at engagement to cover lender searches, financial analysis, credit paper preparation, and administration costs. This ensures we can dedicate the resources needed to build your case properly from day one.
Success Fee — Payable on Settlement Only
Only paid if the finance settles. Our incentives are aligned with yours — we only earn our success fee when we deliver an outcome. If we cannot secure a suitable solution, or you choose not to proceed, the success fee does not apply.

Arranging Bridging, Mezzanine, or Private Lending?
Private lending (bridging loans, mezzanine finance, land subdivision, and short-term secured facilities) operates under a different fee framework. Fees are payable upon signing the letter of offer, not on settlement.
